Follow your Kolen job as it happens: every door, hardware item and FF&E item signed off by the crew, and any issues raised along the way.
What you can see
- Doors and hardware, door by door, as each item is installed and signed off
- FF&E delivered and installed against the schedule
- Issues and defects raised on your job, and when they are closed
- Progress across the whole job or one level at a time
How access works
Your Kolen project contact sets you up with a name and a PIN. The first time you sign in you will be asked to choose your own PIN. If you have more than one job with us, you will see them all and pick the one you want.
On your phone
The portal works in any browser on a phone, tablet or desktop, and you can add it to your home screen like an app. Nothing to install.
